1.1 Acceptance of Terms

This document forms a legal agreement between the ko93 platform (ko93.bar) and the user. When you register, log in, or use any service on ko93, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. If you have not read or do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. If false or incorrect information is provided, ko93 reserves the right to immediately close that account and freeze the associated funds. 3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on ko93 is ৳200. This limit applies across all payment methods. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

• Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on ko93 will receive a welcome bonus of up to 120% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, the bonus will be ৳1,200 and the total balance will be ৳2,200. If you deposit ৳14,000, the bonus will be capped at ৳8,000 and the total will be ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies to the bonus only — not the deposit. For example, if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳18,000 (1,200 × 15) in bets before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Policy

ko93 reserves the right to start, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses are intended only for users who use the platform for entertainment purposes, not for arbitrage or fraudulent activity. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

ko93 follows a fair play policy across all games. Any attempt to artificially influence game outcomes, exploit software errors to win unfairly, or engage in any fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section offers markets for various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All markets are governed by standard betting rules.

• If an event is cancelled or left unresolved, the associated market will be voided and the stake will be returned.

5.3 Technical Errors

6.1 VIP Tiers

ko93 has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. Bronze tier offers up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Silver tier offers up to 1.0%, and Gold tier offers up to 1.5%.

• It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular play.
• The cashback amount may vary depending on the type and volume of activity.
• ko93 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.
• VIP benefits are not transferable to another account.

6.2 VIP Membership Revocation

If a user engages in fraudulent activity, operates multiple accounts, or violates these terms, their VIP membership may be immediately cancelled.

7.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal money transfers.
• Betting or gaming using automated bots, scripts, or software.

• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.

7.2 Consequences of Account Closure

If a user is found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities listed above, ko93 reserves the right to close the account without notice, forfeit the balance, and take legal action. ko93 is not obligated to provide any compensation in such cases.
